The Nanaimo Coal Miners only have a few opportunities left to get their game in order for provincials.
So this weekend’s three-game homestand will be a big one for the city’s Pacific International League men’s baseball team.
The Miners host Bellevue, Wash.’s Northwest Honkers on Saturday (July 23) for games at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at Serauxmen Stadium. The teams will play the series finale on Sunday at 9 a.m.
