The Langley Rams were well represented on the defensive side of the ball, landing four players on the B.C. Football Conference all-star squad.
Defensive linemen Brock Gowanlock and Alex Agnoletto, linebacker Brendan Desjardine and defensive back John Beckerleg all earned defensive honours.
On the offensive side of the ball, Anthony Daley was selected along the offensive line while running back Nathan Lund also got the nod.
Lund had 74 carries for 621 yards — an average of 8.4 yards per carry — and five touchdowns. He was second in rushing yards in the league.
Gowanlock and Agnoletto both finished in the top seven for defensive points.
Gowanlock was fifth with 92.5 points after leading the league with 14.5 quarterback sacks. He also had 17 tackles and five assists, one batted ball, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery touchdown.
Agnoletto was seventh with 89 points. He led the Rams with 30 tackles and 11 assists. Agnoletto also had four quarterback sacks and one interception.
Dejardine had 23 tackles, 11 assists, five batted balls, one sack and one blocked kick while Beckerleg had 16 tackles, four assists, one batted ball, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and an interception.
Desjardine had 74 defensive points while Beckerleg had 48.
