Six different goal scorers found the back of the net as the Aldergrove Kodiaks defeated the Grandview Steelers 6-4 in junior B hockey on Sunday at the Burnaby Winter Club.
The Kodiaks led 2-0 after one period and then the teams combined for six goals — three apiece — in the middle frame as Aldergrove won their second straight.
Ryan Veillet, Thomas Hardy, Stephen Ryan, Daniel Higgs, Brandon Potomak and Robert Jang had the Kodiak goals as they never trailed.
Ross Baadsvik made 27 saves for the win.
The win improved Aldergrove to 7-1-1-1 in the month of November and stretched their lead atop the division to three points.
The Kodiaks host the Ridge Meadows Flames on Wednesday (Nov. 30) at the Aldergrove Arena.
