Revelstoke Grizzlies win game one 2-1

The Revelstoke Grizzlies defeated the Sicamous Eagles 2-1 in game one of the division semi-finals on Friday.

The Revelstoke Grizzlies took game one of its best series against the Sicamous Eagles 2-1 in Sicamous on Friday.

Aaron Brandoli made 46 saves in the Revelstoke net, while the Grizzlies got goals from Brayden Beckley and Tyler Reay in the win. Cameron Berry scored for Sicamous.

The Grizzlies were playing without leading scorer Austin Donaldson, who was out sick.

Game two is Saturday night in Sicamous. The teams faceoff in games three and four in Revelstoke on Monday and Tuesday this week. Game five is set for March 1 in Sicamous.
