Defending Western Lacrosse Association champion Victoria Shamrocks launch their inaugural day camp for minor lacrosse players next week at The Q Centre in Colwood.
The camp, featuring Shamrocks offense players Rhys Duch, Corey Small, defender Dan MacRae, and transition player Karsen Leung and others as instructors, runs July 7 to 10.
The instructional camp, aimed at players in the tyke, novice, pee wee and bantam age groups, is focused on player development, individual skills, team skills and game play. It runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. For more information, visit victoria shamrocks.com.
