BC Senior’s Games 55+ registration

takes place at the Mall at Piccadilly on March 19, 26, April 2 and 9. The Games will be held in Castlegar, Nelson and Trail from Aug. 16 to 20. For information and a list of activities,

Heading to the diamond

Registration deadline for Salmon Arm Minor Baseball Association is Sunday, March 27.

The season runs from mid-April to late June.  Coaches will contact players by mid-April.  If you have registered and have not heard from a coach by then, check www.salmonarmbaseball.com for information or call president Jeff Lipsett. For new hockey members

Salmon Arm Minor Hockey Association will be offering a Lace ’em Program on April 5 and 6 at Sunwave Centre from 5-6 p.m. It’s an opportunity for potential new members to get on the ice and try out some hockey. No charge. Helmet, stick and gloves required. Minor hockey will have certified instructors available to assist. An informational meeting for new parents will also be held at this time. Ages five and up are welcome. Register by calling 250-832-0095 or email saminorhockey@sunwave.net.

 

Soccer sign-up

Sign up deadline for Shuswap Youth Soccer is March 18. Teams and programs for ages two to 18. Go to shuswapyouthsoccer.com for more information or a registration form.
