The Seventh Annual Upward Soccer Camp for children from kindergarten to Grade 7 is happening at the 100 Mile Soccer Park on Aug. 19-23 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
“There are about 20 children registered so far,” says Pastor John Marshall of the Evangelical Free Church, which hosts the soccer camp.
He adds the numbers are about average for this time of year.
Folks are welcome to register their children by calling Pastor John at 250-395-2337 or Lloyd Selle at 250-397-2191. There is a $40 registration fee and the deadline is today (Aug. 16).
