The Salmon Arm Secondary School boys curling team consisting of Jordan Baart, Todd McCauley, Jackson Calvert, Brandon Boyd and coach Kate Horne travelled to Dawson Creek to compete in the B.C. High School Provincial Championship playdowns March 8 to 10. The team placed sixth overall, with three wins and four losses against tough competition. Taking the provincial title was Frances Kelsey Secondary from Mill Bay.
