A trio of local junior teams were battling at their respective provincial championships over the weekend.
Competing in West Kelowna, the Langley Fundamental Titans finished eighth in the province while the Langley Christian Lightning were right behind at ninth among all junior boys teams.
And the Lightning junior girls placed 13th in the province. That tournament was played in Surrey.
