The Langley Warriors senior B lacrosse team is off to a great start to the West Coast Senior Lacrosse Association season with a 6-1 record.
The Warriors are 6-1 at the halfway point of the season.
They defeated the Victoria Capitals 11-5 on Saturday but lost 9-5 to the Nanaimo Timbermen the next day during a two-day Vancouver Island road trip over the weekend.
Langley looks to get back in the win column as they host Coquitlam on Friday night at the George Preston Recreation Centre at 8 p.m.
The game is the team’s first home Friday night contest of the season.
The first intermission entertainment will be a tyke division game between the Langley Thunder and the Surrey Rebels.
All minor lacrosse players in jersey will get in for free when accompanied by an adult.
The doors open at 6:30 p.m.
